Where are the products sold on Real American Market made?

How does Real American Market verify vendors?
We review vendor applications and may request documentation, photographs, business information, or additional materials before approving a seller. Verification helps maintain marketplace standards but does not constitute a guarantee of every claim made by a vendor.
Is Real American Market the seller of the products?
No. Real American Market operates an online marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors. Individual vendors are responsible for their products, listings, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary by vendor, product, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided when available on each product listing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by each vendor unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When tracking information is provided by the vendor, it will be sent after your order ships.
Can I return a product?
Return, exchange, and refund policies may vary by vendor. Please review the vendor’s return policy before purchasing. Marketplace-wide policies may also apply where required by law.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact the vendor promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Real American Market Support.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact the vendor as soon as possible. Most vendors will work with you to resolve fulfillment errors.

How do I become a vendor?
Complete the vendor application. Applications are reviewed according to marketplace standards. Submission does not guarantee approval.
What does it cost to sell?
Vendor plans and pricing are available on the Become a Vendor page. Processing fees and other charges may apply.
How do vendors get paid?
Approved vendors receive payouts according to the marketplace payout schedule.
Can I sell food or farm products?
Certain products may be permitted if they comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Vendors are solely responsible for legal compliance.
Can I sell plants or seeds?
Yes, provided all applicable agricultural and shipping regulations are followed.
What products are prohibited?
Products violating marketplace standards, laws, intellectual property rights, or safety requirements may not be sold.
Can my vendor account be suspended?
Yes. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

Does Real American Market guarantee every product?
No. We review vendors but do not manufacture products and cannot guarantee quality, safety, legality, or performance.
Are all products inspected?
No. Vendors remain responsible for product accuracy, safety, and compliance.
What if product photos look different?
Many products are handmade or naturally sourced, so slight variations should be expected.
How do I report a listing?

Can customers order directly from farm stands?
