Recurring vendor subscriptions and purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card numbers or CVV/security codes. We and our providers may retain limited billing, subscription, invoice, renewal, payment token, and transaction information necessary to administer subscriptions, process recurring payments, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, cookies, session data, pages viewed, dates and times of access, and similar technical information.

6. Analytics

We may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the Marketplace. Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, browser type, device information, IP address, approximate location, referral sources, and similar usage information to improve the Marketplace and measure performance.

7. Cookies

We may use essential, functionality, security, shopping cart, subscription, and analytics cookies. Depending on applicable law, consent may be requested before certain non-essential cookies are used.

8. How We Use Information

We use information to manage accounts, review vendor applications, process purchases, administer recurring vendor subscriptions, process recurring payments, fulfill orders, provide support, communicate with users, improve the Marketplace, detect fraud, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing communications where permitted by law or with consent.

9. How We Share Information

Approved vendors receive customer information reasonably necessary to process, fulfill, ship, support, and complete orders. We may also share information with payment providers, shipping providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers, professional advisors, and government authorities when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information for third-party marketing.

10. Vendor Access to Customer Information

Vendors may use customer information only to fulfill orders, provide customer support, comply with applicable law, and operate their Marketplace business. They may not misuse, sell, or rent customer information except as permitted by law.

11. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Marketplace, administer subscriptions, maintain billing records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

12. Security

Integrated third-party services have their own privacy practices.

16. Business Transfers

Information may be transferred during a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

17. Do Not Track

Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals, the Marketplace may not respond to all such signals.

18. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain jurisdictions may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Requests will be handled as required by those laws.

19. Data Security Incidents
